Back after not working out for 5 days!!! I'm so weak. Could really feel a difference.

3 x's

10 leg ups
50 crunches
40 bicycle crunches
30 seconds straight bridge
30 seconds left bridge
30 second right bridge
25 push-ups

3 x's

10 shrugs @ 55lbs. w 10 calf raises & 10 second hold at top of last calf raise 55, 55, 60lbs.
10 military press @ 30lbs.
10 oblique side raises each side @ 35lbs.

10 wood choppers @ 60lbs.
10 weighted box steps each leg @ 25lbs. in each hand

500 meters rowing
