So this was my first day back at club one for over a month. Felt slow, fat, and way out of shape. Breaks were too often and explosiveness was wayyyyy down.
Triangle pull-ups were done with a steel triangle pull down attachment from the cable machines.

Pull-ups
     - Add 1 rep every minute
     - 9 rounds + 6 reps = 46 total reps
*Rest 1 minute
Squats
     - Add 5 reps every minute
     - 7 rounds + 25 reps = 165 total reps
*Rest 1 minute
Push-ups
     - Add 3 reps every minute
     - 6 rounds + 13 reps = 76 total reps

This was a good workout to finish my day with. Straight to the point and more resistancewith the weight vest. I wonder how i'll feel tomorrow.
