On the minute: Alternating
Deadlift @ 155lbs.
Goblet Squats @ 50lbs.

Did 10 rounds of Deads + 8 additional but couldn't make it to 11
Did 12 rounds of Squats

*Looks like*
1st minute = 1 deadlift
2nd. minute = 2 goblet squats
3rd. minute = 3 deadlifts
etc....

10-1 ladder *Timed @ 8:57  (Old pr 9:20)
Burpee
Push-up
