Ran a 10.6 mile loop at Rancho San Antonio! Don't know how I did it but I did it! Fucking amazing. So tired, sore, drained, and about ten other things......

Thrusters @ 95lbs.
Triangle pull-ups
GHD's
2 x's
10 Explosive Lat pull-ups
10 Push-ups
10 Ab wheel
10 Box jumps @ 24"
10 Alligator Push-ups
300 single unders
So this was my first day back at club one for over a month. Felt slow, fat, and way out of shape. Breaks were too often and explosiveness was wayyyyy down.
Triangle pull-ups were done with a steel triangle pull down attachment from the cable machines.
