Tabata Push-ups 15, 16, 12, 10, 10,8, 9, 4
Tabata Sit-ups 8, 9, 10, 10, 11, 10, 9, 8
Tabata Squats 16, 12, 14, 12, 10, 11, 7, 11
*Improved all categories except for my pull-ups. They were down by 20 which figure is because I did this after Fran.

Hey Peter its Jon from 24 hour fitness. We talked Crossfit the other day when you were doing your Goblet Squats.
Congrats on the PR. Fran is always an ass kicker.
I'll keep following your progress, looks like you are making quite a bit. Keep spreading the crossfit gospel!!
