Deadlift @ 155lbs.
Goblet Squats @ 50lbs.
Did 12 rounds of Deads + 8 additional but couldn't make it to 13
Did 16 rounds of Squats until Scott finished
Did rounds 14 &17 with sit-ups to keep going

2nd. minute = 2 goblet squats
3rd. minute = 3 deadlifts
etc....
10-1 ladder *Timed @ 9:20
Burpee

45 seconds Mtn. climbers
45 seconds Plank
45 seconds isometric squat
I'm broken! The 10-1 ladder really killed me since I did "Angie" last night. Felt every push-up and burpee in my chest and arms. 5 x's at the end was just cruel... Really fucking cruel!
