I've embraced a new lifestyle. I've transformed not only my body but my mind. No longer do I throw whatever is around me into my mouth. No longer do I take a lazy approach to working out or to my health. I've become stronger than I've ever been before. I have more energy, more drive, and the determination to get things done. My friends have been there to help me on my path with words of wisdom, open minds, ears, and by pushing me with applications, education, diet, and exercise. THANK YOU ALL!!!
