So there actually was a second part to this workout that I never got to. Hungover, sleepy, hurting from some unknown drunken injury, and beating the hell out of my legs and knuckles from the freakin' jump rope at the gym with plastic tubes along it's length. This time sucked. I sucked. No more drinking!
