110 Reps total (2 rounds at each rep including 10). This workout really sucked balls. I brought my weight vest in with me cause I thought I would actually use it for this workout. Later I actually read the workout more carefully and realized that would be insane....Not just insane...but FUCKING insane! Renegades were Push UP/Row Right/Row Left. This is my first time doing Renegades at this weight.
