10 Jumping Squats – 5 second Static Hold at bottom of each squat
50 Mountain Climbers

25x
Knee Jumps
Sprint 5 Yards
10 Push Ups

3x
50 Bleacher Toe Touches
20 Dips

1 hour rest then Gym

21-15-9
Lunges (each side) @ 95lbs.
Pull Ups
