Tabata: 8 rnds. each exercise then next exercise
20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
Tabata Pullups 15, 10, 8, 7, 5, 6, 5, 7
Tabata Pushups 15, 16, 12, 10, 10, 8, 9, 4
Tabata Situps 8, 9, 10, 10, 11, 10, 9, 8
Tabata Squats 16, 12, 14, 12, 10, 11, 7, 11
Last set of pushups killed as did the squats.
5 x's w/ 15lb. weight vest
5 burpees
5 bleachers
So I got my new toy and it's a Strength Systems weight vest. Starting out with 15lbs. in it for now. Very nice vest, great fit, great strapping system = very happy Peter.
Added the vest for the burpees and bleachers and it almost killed me. Had to stop every couple of times but was really happy about having it on and completing the workout!
