Track workout

20 Squats w/ 20 second hold at bottom of last squat
20 Push-ups w/ 10 second hold at bottom of last push-up
60 second bridge
100 rope jumps

3 x’s
Partner work with 10lb. medicine ball
10 Push Press (basketball pass)
Overhead throw (soccer throw in)
Underhand throw (slight bend in knees)

Workout @ Club One after
3 x's
10 L pull-ups
10 back extensions @ 25lbs.
40 bicycles (20 each side)

3 x's
20 Decline handstand push-ups
10 Goblet Squats @ 70lbs.
20 Slashers (10 each side)

10 x's ab wheel
