2 hours playing volleyball

Russian Twists @ 35lbs.(each side)
Deck Squats @ 35lbs.
Back extensions @ 25lbs.

3 x's 10
Pull-ups
Piston Press @ 2x's 35lbs.
Goblet Squats @ 65lbs.

16 Thrusters @ 95lbs.

- Found a hill at Rancho and did 6 hill sprints which felt really good. Next time I'll do it with the weight vest.

I was totally drained while doing the Thrusters and my legs felt like jello after jumping for 2 hours at volleyball, plus the running.
