I was destroying this through 1 round and then my double unders went to shit and I couldn't string together more than 1 or two. Sucked and slowed me down soooo much.

Bench Press @ 115lbs.
Deadlift @ 135lbs.
Did the first set of deads and then felt a little twinge in my back on #21 and decided to take the weight off and finish with just the bar. This was my first time doing deads since I hurt my back.
10 DB Push Press @ 2 x's 35lbs. (Need more weight next time)
10 Sit-ups
8 Push press
20 Sit-ups
6 Push press
30 Sit-ups

40 Sit-ups
2 Push press
50 Sit-ups

All in all it was a good workout. Felt good after and could've done more but that will be for the next workout.
