20 walking lunges (did 20 air squats instead of lunges for the third set)
15 mins. bike
3 x's
20 oblique ball crunches (10 ea. side)
10 exercise ball crunches
30 second planks w/ toes on top of exercise ball
So I'm finally getting to the point where I can actually move with my back and do some exercises. This has been the worst injury i've had in a long long time and it really sucks because you can't do shit without involving your back! Baby steps is what I keep telling myself.
