This was my rest day after Pat's Run and before Scott kills me tomorrow night. Just the simple push-up challenge which requires a day of rest in between so It'll just fit into my workout schedule.
100 push-up challenge
-set 1: 16
-set 2: 21
-set 3: 15
-set 4: 15
-set 5: Max = 28
