Monday 3/23/2009

Started my workout with Scott and fucked up my form on my dead-lifts and hence fucked up my lower back.
Massage, vicodin, and chiropractor await!

5 renegade rows @ 20lbs.
10 sumo high deadlifts @ 70lbs.
15 wall balls @ 13lbs.
20 sit-ups
then broken back.
