I've embraced a new lifestyle. I've transformed not only my body but my mind. No longer do I throw whatever is around me into my mouth. No longer do I take a lazy approach to working out or to my health. I've become stronger than I've ever been before. I have more energy, more drive, and the determination to get things done.
