25 decline push-ups

30 second neck bridge

10 supine rows
15 box jumps @ 24" box

Was supposed to do 10 Reverse Burpees. Never done before. Tried one, got up onto my head and not holding myself up with my arms, fell over and crushed my hand. Didn't try # 2-10.
